Rider Hospitalized After Collision Near Montague Expressway Offramp
San Jose, CA (March 3, 2023) – A motorcyclist suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 680 Freeway, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Officials said a man riding a motorbike collided with another vehicle in the southbound side of the freeway near the Montague Expressway offramp. Details on the description of the motor-vehicles involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
CHP logged the case on March 1, Wednesday.
Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Interstate 680 in San Jose
Shortly after 5:38 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics checked the conditions of all people found at the crash site. According to the dispatch, the motorcyclist sustained injuries as a result of the incident. An ambulance transported the victim to the hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Several factors surrounding the collision remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the traffic accident happened on Interstate 680 in San Jose.
