Pedestrian Fighting for their Life at Hospital
SAN JOSE, Calif. (Jan. 11, 2024) — A major injury pedestrian accident happened early Thursday morning at Quimby Road and South White Road in San Jose.
The collision was reported by the San Jose Police Department at around 10 a.m. on Jan. 11th, according to a post by SJPD’s Media Relations on X.
Authorities are asking motorists to avoid the intersection due to the crash.
Paramedics responded and rushed the unidentified person to a hospital where they are being treated for life-threatening injuries. The victim’s name, age, gender and city of residence was not released at this time.
Police closed down Quimby Road in both directions from Lovewood Way to Sout White Road.
Witnesses to the pedestrian accident on Quimby Road should contact San Jose police.
