Motorcyclist Badly Hurt in Collision on Ortega (74) Highway Saturday
San Juan Capistrano, CA (May 1, 2021) – A motorcycle rider suffered injuries following a traffic accident on State Route 74, also known as Ortega Highway, Saturday afternoon.
According to My News LA, a motorcyclist crashed for an unknown reason in the eastbound traffic lanes of Ortega Highway. Emergency crews arrived at the accident scene, just west of Casper’s Regional Park, shortly after 1:50 p.m.

Earlier reports indicated the rider has been down in the lanes for at least 15 minutes before medical personnel responded. Our sources later confirmed the motorcyclist sustained major injuries as a result of the wreck.
Meanwhile, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work at this time to determine if there were other vehicles involved in the road accident at San Juan Capistrano. Further investigation on the case is underway.
