2-Vehicle Watsonville Crash on San Juan Road
WATSONVILLE, Calif. (Sept. 3, 2021) — A San Juan Road car accident happened Friday morning just east of Watsonville.
Two vehicles collided about 6:49 a.m. on Sept. 3rd in Santa Cruz County due to unknown circumstances, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The traffic accident involved a dark blue Honda Civic and a dark gray Chrysler Sebring near the Faultline Flower Exchange.

Additionally, it appears that one of the vehicles rear-ended the other vehicle. Police noted the Chrysler had front-end damage and the Honda had rear-end damage.
Paramedics responded and transported one person to NorthBay Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries. The CHP dispatch did not mention the age and gender of the person hurt in the crash.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Finally, investigators seek to determine cause for the San Juan Road car accident and liability.
