2 Vehicle Car Crash Results with Minor Injuries
San Lorenzo, Calif. (July 12, 2023) — A car accident happened Wednesday morning on the Interstate 880 going southbound, just north of Hesperian Boulevard.
The collision occurred about 9:44 a.m. on July 12th in Alameda County according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A red Honda Element and an unknown vehicle collided into one another while driving on the Interstate 880 freeway. The crash was visible from the northbound side and it was clear that both cars caused blockage in lane one.
The collision caused minor injuries to those involved in the accident. The paramedics arrived on the scene and helped the people injured in the crash. The fire department in the area was also notified and arrived on the scene.
Tow trucks were called to remove debris and damaged vehicles from the highway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine who is at fault for the car accident on Interstate 880.
