Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 101 in San Luis Obispo
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (Jan. 26, 2022) — Two vehicles collided Wednesday in a San Luis Obispo crash on Highway 101 near Reservoir Canyon Road.
The collision happened about 1:38 p.m. on Jan. 26th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials report a green SUV attempted to make a U-turn and collided with an oncoming black, 4-door sedan.
The two vehicle collision blocked the southbound lanes of Highway 101.
Firefighters responded to the scene to treat those hurt in the collision, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, police did not mention how many were injured in the crash or taken to the hospital.
Tow trucks responded to remove both of the vehicles due to damage.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the San Luis Obispo crash.
