SAN RAMON, California (April 22, 2016) — A driver in a white Honda crashed into the center divider causing the vehicle to spin out and collide with two other motorists Friday morning on the southbound Interstate 680 Freeway at Crow Canyon Road, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 11 a.m. this morning and involved the Honda, a one-ton work truck and a Toyota Camry. The Toyota suffered major side damage and the pickup truck had a ruptured fuel tank. Paramedics responded to help those who may have been injured in the crash. Police issued a SigAlert due to heavy traffic as the vehicles were “across all lanes,” the report said.
An investigation into liability is underway by police.
