Woman Killed in Redlands Pedestrian Accident
REDLANDS, Calif., (October 29, 2020) – A female pedestrian was struck and killed Thursday in a collision at San Timoteo Canyon Road and Redlands Boulevard.
The collision was reported at 5:34 a.m. on Oct. 29th to the California Highway Patrol. The San Timoteo Canyon Road pedestrian accident happened just west of the Halo Resorts Fisherman’s Retreat.

The CHP report stated the woman allegedly ran across the roadway and was hit by a vehicle. She suffered major injuries and died at the scene of the Redlands crash. The name of the victim has not been released, pending notification of her family.
Meanwhile, the driver in the vehicle stopped and cooperated with authorities. The report has not disclosed what type of vehicle was involved, nor the name or gender and age of the driver.
Finally, police closed down both eastbound and westbound traffic lanes to investigate the crash. Witnesses are asked to contact authorities to help them determine liability for this collision.
