Female Passenger Injured, Debris from Accident Caused Another Car to Crash
SANGER CITY, Calif. (June 5, 2024) — A multi-vehicle car accident happened Wednesday afternoon when a vehicle turned left onto State Route 63 from State Route 180, in the city of Sanger California.
The traffic accident occurred at around 4:14 pm on June 5th, 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A black Chevrolet Impala was traveling at high speeds over 100 mph when it collided with a white SUV on State Route 180. The Chevrolet may have been involved in a CHP pursuit prior to this collision, but that has not been confirmed.
CHP officials reported there was car debris all across the roadway. The debris due to the crash became a large traffic hazard, and resulted in a Toyota Camry hitting the crash debris. A female passenger from the Camry suffered a cut on her eye brow.
Paramedics responded and located the female passenger and other passengers that might have been injured, and transported them to a hospital for treatment. In addition to the paramedics, tow trucks were also requested on the scene to remove all of the debris from the roadway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the multi-vehicle accident on State Route 180 near State Route 63, in the city of Sanger California.
