2-Vehicle Santa Ana Car Accident West First Street
SANTA ANA, Calif. (Sept. 11, 2018) – A driver is suspected of DUI following a collision with a Santa Ana school police officer early Tuesday morning in the 200 block of West First Street.
The crash occurred about 12:40 a.m., according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
Paramedics responded and rushed the injured police officer to a hospital as he was complaining of pain. There were no major injuries reported. The other motorist, who stopped and cooperated with the investigation, is suspected of driving under the influence.

The investigation into this collision is underway to determine fault.
