Driver Killed in Rear-End Collision at Harbor Boulevard and 17th Street Wednesday
Santa Ana, CA (September 22, 2021) – One person died following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Harbor at 17th Street Wednesday morning.

According to My News LA, a Honda Accord was heading north on Harbor Boulevard. For an unknown reason, the driver slammed into the back of an an Orange County Transportation Authority bus.
The horrible crash took place near the intersection at 17th Street.
Shortly after 8:35 a.m., emergency teams arrived at the location. Responding medical personnel immediately attended to the driver of the Honda. Despite life-saving measures, the man succumbed to his injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the 15 passengers on the bus all escaped injury.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work to determine the precise cause of the fatal car and bus accident in Santa Ana.
