Small Plane Crashes Wednesday on 405 Freeway
SANTA ANA (June 30, 2017)- According to KTLA 5 News, a small plane crashed in the southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway just before the McArthur Boulevard exit.
The crash was reported at 9:35 a.m. roughly when a Cessna 310 aircraft suddenly landed on the freeway and engulfed into flames seconds following impact.

Per KTLA 5 News, two people were inside the plane as both were apparently removed from the aircraft by either Good Samaritans, paramedics, or law enforcement officials.
Neither of the victim’s names or conditions has been released or updated at this time.
An aerial view showed severe traffic delays as all traffic on the 405 south was at a complete stop hindering all commuters arrival to work.
A reporter disclosed that it is likely the plane missed its landing and struck the dividing wall causing it to ricochet into traffic lanes.
