Per KTLA 5 News, two people were inside the plane as both were apparently removed from the aircraft by either Good Samaritans, paramedics, or law enforcement officials.

A reporter disclosed that it is likely the plane missed its landing and struck the dividing wall causing it to ricochet into traffic lanes.

Determining liability in a plane crash depends on whether the accident was caused by negligence, and your lawyer must prove that someone’s failure resulted in your injury or your loved one’s death. One may be able to file a claim against the pilot, commercial airline company, manufacturer, maintenance providers, airport operators, air traffic control, or other parties responsible for your injuries. A plane crash lawsuit may be filed by anyone who was injured in an aviation accident. If the incident resulted in victim’s death, the victim’s next of kin may be eligible to file a claim.
