Woman Injured in Santa Barbara Crash at Chino and Sola Tuesday
SANTA BARBARA (September 5, 2018) – A motorist was hospitalized after a traffic collision in the area of Chino and Sola streets on Tuesday morning, according to Noozhawk.
The accident involving two vehicles occurred at about 9 a.m. on the city’s Westside.
As per the article, Santa Barbara City Fire Department said for an unknown reason a pickup truck and an SUV collided at the intersection of Chino and West Sola streets.
The SUV came to a rest on the sidewalk as a result of the crash.

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and attended to the female driver of the SUV who was confirmed to have been hurt upon impact. She was then transported by ground ambulance to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital with injuries ranging from minor to moderate degree.
The name and condition of the patient at this time remained unknown. Meanwhile, the operator of the pickup was unharmed in the incident.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
