1 Trapped After Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 101 Thursday
Santa Barbara, CA (November 18, 2021) – A car crash occurred Thursday evening on Highway 101, the KEYT News reported.
Our sources indicated multiple vehicles collided on the southbound lanes of the highway near the Milpas Street ramps. According to the article published online, the force from the impact sent debris and damaged cars across all lanes of the freeway. The make and model of the automobiles involved in the wreck remained unknown.

Shortly after 5 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found one person trapped in the wreckage. Firefighters at the scene worked extensively to extricate the victim. At this time, the name of the victim and the extent of their injuries have not been revealed thus far.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole afternoon to investigate several factors surrounding the car crash on Highway 101 in Santa Barbara.
