1 Hospitalized After Collision on San Marcos Pass Road Thursday
Santa Barbara, CA (November 25, 2021) – A traffic accident that occurred on State Route 154 resulted in injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.

Earlier reports indicated two vehicles collided in the westbound side of SR-154, also known as San Marcos Pass Road. The car crash took place near San Antonio Creek on Thanksgiving.
The CHP logged the case at about 4:24 p.m.
Responding emergency crews found at the scene one automobile disabled in the middle of the roadway; while the other car came to a rest on the right-hand shoulder of the highway.
When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. Our sources later confirmed emergency crews transported one patient to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The name and age of the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Several factors surrounding the collision have not been discussed thus far. Given that, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the car crash on State Route 154 in Santa Barbara happened.
