At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Crash at Texas Canyon Road and Vasquez Truck Trail Saturday
Santa Clarita, CA (January 8, 2022) – An off-road accident involving a dune buggy occurred in the area of Texas Canyon Road and Vasquez Truck Trail.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, the buggy crashed for an unknown reason at a junction in the Santa Clarita trail. The number of the people riding the off-road vehicle remained unknown at this time.
Major Injury Buggy Accident in Santa Clarita, January 8
Emergency teams arrived at the accident scene shortly after 1:50 p.m. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all parties found with injuries. Authorities later confirmed at least one person sustained major trauma as a result of the wreck.
Detectives stayed at the site the whole afternoon. Investigators continue to determine several factors surrounding the buggy accident at Texas Canyon and Vasquez Truck in Santa Clarita.
