2 Injured in Santa Clarita Crash at Calgrove Boulevard and The Old Road

SANTA CLARITA, CA (November 8, 2021) – Two were hospitalized after a car crash at Calgrove Boulevard and The Old Road in Santa Clarita.

According to an article published by The Signal, the accident took place on Saturday. Officers reported the wreck on November 6 at about 11:56 a.m.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Santa Clarita. They crashed at the intersection of Calgrove Boulevard and The Old Road.

2 Vehicles Collide

One car struck and knocked a street light down while the other vehicle caught fire. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the on-ramp of the Interstate 5.

Medical personnel found both drivers hurt as a result of the collision. They then took the two patients to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, the cause of the Santa Clarita crash is still under investigation.

Officers forced the area of Calgrove Boulevard and The Old Road to shut down following the wreck.
