1 Injured in Santa Clarita Crash at Copper Hill and Newhall Ranch
SANTA CLARITA, CA (October 26, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a crash at Copper Hill Drive and Newhall Ranch Road in Santa Clarita.
According to The Signal and Hometown Station, the accident took place on Tuesday evening. Officers reported the wreck at about 7:04 p.m.
The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station said three vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of Copper Hill Drive and Newhall Ranch Road.
2 Cars Collide
One of the cars involved rolled over as a result of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found one person hurt.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The reports did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officials forced the area of Copper Hill and Newhall Ranch to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Santa Clarita crash is still under investigation.
