Multi-Vehicle Car Accident on State Route 14 in Santa Clarita
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (Dec. 21, 2023) — A multi-vehicle crash in Santa Clarita happened Thursday on the southbound Antelope Valley 14 Freeway, between Soledad Canyon Road and Agua Dulce Canyon Road.
The collision occurred at around 9:32 a.m. on Dec. 21st, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP reported a driver in a gray Mercedes Benz was allegedly driving recklessly prior to colliding with a white Toyota Camry, a Volkswagen and a GMC truck, the report said.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help at least one person who sustained minor injuries and complaints of pain after the collision.
The CHP is heading up an investigation into the cause of the crash on the Antelope Valley Freeway as well as liability.
