The article read that a commercial vehicle lost its load of gravel estimated to have been about six tons worth.
The 59-year-old Worley failed to notice the spilt gravel and lost control before being ejected from his bike.
As he remained on the ground, a passing 2002 Honda Civic driven by a 19-year-old teenager struck Worley immediately causing fatal injuries.
Police officials responded to the scene and confirmed the big rig truck driver failed to notice he had lost his load as he continued southbound to his destination.
At this time, a thorough investigation is ongoing to determine what caused the trucks load to spill all over the road.
Neither drugs nor alcohol was involved in the incident.
