Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Freeway in Santa Clarita
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (May 14, 2024) — A Santa Clarita motorcycle versus car accident happened Tuesday morning on the southbound Antelope Valley 14 Freeway, just north of Golden Valley Road.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 6:43 a.m. on May 14th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcyclist went down in the HOV lane after colliding with a black and or a white vehicle. The report stated the vehicle crossed into the HOV lane into the path of the motorcyclist.
Paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help the injured motorcyclist who had complaints of pain.
Tow trucks removed both of the vehicles from the roadway.
Finally, investigators are working to determine fault for the Santa Clarita motorcycle accident.
