Motorcycle Rider Injured in Crash on State Route 14

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (Nov. 3, 2023) — A Santa Clarita motorcycle accident happened Friday morning on the northbound Antelope Valley 14 Freeway at the northbound I-5 Freeway interchange.

The two-vehicle collision occurred at around 8:23 a.m. on Nov. 3rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a grey Honda Civic and a motorcyclist were involved. The rider went down in the No. 1 lane of the freeway and sustained minor injuries.

Paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to help the injured motorcyclist, but it’s unknown if the person was taken to a hospital.

Meanwhile, the motorcycle was towed from the scene.

Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Santa Clarita motorcycle accident on the 14 Freeway.
