Pedestrian Injured in Santa Clarita Crash Near Soledad Canyon and Shangri-La
SANTA CLARITA, CA (April 1, 2022) – A crash injured a pedestrian near Soledad Canyon Road and Shangri-La Drive in Santa Clarita.
The Hometown Station and My News LA wrote that the accident took place on Friday morning. Officers reported the collision at around 9:25 a.m.
A Los Angeles County Fire Department fire truck hit the pedestrian in Santa Clarita. The emergency vehicle struck the person near the intersection of Soledad Canyon Road and Shangri-La Drive.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene in Canyon Country. They found the victim who ended up hurt as a result of the incident.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officials added that the fire unit was responding to a possible cardiac arrest call on Pleasantdale Street prior to the collision.
Officers forced the area of Soledad Canyon and Shangri-La to shut down following the accident. The cause of the Santa Clarita pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
