1 Injured in Santa Maria Crash on Highway 135 Near Waller
SANTA MARIA, CA (November 12, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash on Highway 135 near Waller Park in Santa Maria.
According to an article published by the KSBY News, the accident took place on Friday morning. Officers reported the wreck at around 7:19 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol said three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Santa Maria. They crashed on Highway 135 near Waller Park.
Multiple Cars Collide
One of the cars involved rolled over due to the impact of the collision. CHP added that its driver ended up hurt as a result of the incident.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced a stretch of Highway 135 to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Santa Maria crash is still under investigation.
