Several Injured in Santa Maria Crash at Broadway and Harding Avenue
SANTA MARIA, CA (May 30, 2021) – Several were injured after a car crash near North Broadway and Harding Avenue in Santa Maria.
According to the KSBY News and KEYT News, the accident occurred late Sunday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 5:16 p.m.
Santa Maria police said two to three vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed near the intersection of North Broadway and West Harding Avenue.
One of the cars involved rolled over due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene.

They attended to multiple people who sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. Police added that at least one victim suffered moderate injuries.
Medical personnel took one patient to a hospital for further treatment. Officials did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that DUI played a role in the incident. Officers forced Broadway at Harding Avenue to shut down in both directions following the wreck.
Authorities are still investigating the Santa Maria crash.
