Vehicle Fatally Hits Man Near Willard Road
Santa Paula, CA (May 27, 2023) – A pedestrian died following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route Highway 126 on May 27, Saturday.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle struck an individual on SR-126 near Willard Road in Santa Paula. Our sources described the car involved in the horrible crash as a blue Mercedes C300 sedan.
CHP logged the case at about 2:07 p.m.
Pedestrian Killed in Santa Paula Crash on Highway 126
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found a person wearing an olive green shirt lying on the right-hand shoulder of the highway. Responding paramedics performed life-saving efforts to the victim but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and passed away. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Detectives assigned to handle the case stayed at the scene the whole afternoon. They continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the deadly accident that happened on State Route Highway 126 in Santa Paula.
