
Pickup Truck and Motorcyclist Collide on SR-126
SANTA PAULA, Calif. (Jan. 23, 2025) — A minor injury motorcycle accident happened Thursday morning on Highway 126, just west of 10th Street in Santa Paula.
The two-vehicle collision happened around 6:48 a.m. on Jan. 23rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcyclist went down in the westbound traffic lanes after a collision with a pickup truck in the fast lane of the freeway. Other vehicles went around the crash scene and someone called 911 for help.
Paramedics responded to help the injured rider, but it’s unknown if the person was hospitalized.
A tow truck removed the damaged motorcycle from the roadway and investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on Highway 126 in Santa Paula.
