Factors such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, excessive speed, distracted driving or negligence often cause traffic incidents. These auto accidents usually result in serious injuries or worse death. In this case, authorities are still gathering more information and evidence to determine liability.
If the investigation shows that a negligent driver has disregarded the safety of others and has led to the injury of another individual, the victim may have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit seeking recompense for all the hospital bills, future medical needs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
