SANTA ROSA: Pickup Trucks Crash at Guerneville and Willowside Roads

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Aug. 13, 2026) — One person was transported to a hospital after two pickup trucks were in a crash Thursday afternoon near Willowside Road and Guerneville Road, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch information.

The crash was reported at approximately 2:20 p.m. on August 13, 2026, in the area of Willowside Road just south of Guerneville Road. The collision involved two pickup trucks.

Sonoma County Fire personnel responded to the scene. CHP later reported that one person suffered complaints of pain to the chest and neck and was transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Two tow trucks were requested to remove the damaged vehicles. One vehicle was taken by Bear Flag Towing at the owner’s request, while another was requested to be taken to Yarbrough Brothers Towing.

By approximately 3:18 p.m., CHP reported that the collision involved two vehicles and that the incident was being handled as a reportable traffic collision. No fatal injuries were reported.

The circumstances leading up to the crash, including whether any citations were issued, were not immediately available.

The collision remains under investigation.
