The incident was logged at 11:59 a.m. between what appeared to have been a beige 4Runner and light blue possible Prius.
The Santa Barbara Fire Department were notified of the collision and as a total of four were injured.
Three in the SUV were confirmed to have been injured while a woman in her 60’s was injured in the other vehicle.
One victim, likely the woman, was flown by emergency helicopter to a hospital as her injuries appeared to have been serious.
No further information was provided as the cause of the crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
