Personal Injury Tree Accident Attorney
A personal injury tree accident lawyer will take the time to look into whether there were multiple parties, businesses or government entities that should be held liable. California law states that a government or owner that fails to ensure the safety of the general public due to lack of maintenance will be held fully responsible for any injury sustained by individuals. Some examples may include when a large tree branches land on a person causing great head or bodily injury to the victim or when trees topple over and fall into the road triggering an accident injuring those involved.
In this case, the injured mother and son will likely have the right to file a personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party or entity if the investigation concludes that negligence or wrongdoing has been a factor. The claim will include a recompense for medical expenses and hospital bills, loss of future income due to injury, and pain and suffering.
