Santiago Higareda Jr., Killed in Garden Grove Motorcycle Accident

Motorcyclist and Car Collide Near Chapman Avenue
GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (Jan. 9, 2025) – Santiago Higareda Jr., 36, died Tuesday night in a car accident on Euclid Street near Chapman Avenue in Garden Grove.
The two-vehicle crash involving the man’s Yamaha motorcycle and an Audi car occurred around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7th in the 12000 Block of Euclid Street, according to the Garden Grove Police Department.
Paramedics responded with police officers to the scene, but the motorcyclist was unresponsive and died before he could be taken to a hospital.
The man was later identified as 36-year-old Santiago Higareda Jr., according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Department.
Meanwhile, the driver of the 2017 Audi A6 stopped and cooperated with the investigation, police said.
