Innocent Driver Injured in Hit-and-Run Collision at Trower and Klamath
Napa, CA (May 17, 2023) – Police arrested 36-year-old Scott Joseph Roberts following an injury car accident that occurred in the area of Trower Avenue and Klamath Way.
According to Napa Valley Register News, two vehicles collided at the intersection in Napa late Monday afternoon, May 15. Earlier reports indicated Roberts, of Fairfield, was driving a Nissan Altima traveling in the streets of Napa around 5 p.m. When the Nissan approached the intersection of Trower and Klamath, it crashed into another car of unknown make and model.

Medical personnel later arrived at the scene and found one driver complaining of pain to his neck. Pending confirmation, the name of the victim and their condition at this time have not been discussed thus far.
The article published online mentioned the Nissan driver exited his vehicle after the collision and fled towards Sequoia Street. Police said Scott Joseph Roberts returned to the scene, and they eventually detained him on a felony allegation of causing injury by driving under the influence.
