Scott Joyce Hospitalized After Car Accident on River View Drive Tuesday
Cottonwood, CA (March 30, 2021) – 26-year-old Scott Joyce suffered injuries following a traffic collision on River View Drive Tuesday, the KRCRTV News reported.
Our sources indicated Scott Joyce, of Cottonwood, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on River View Drive. Authorities identified the man behind the wheel as 27-year-old Jovana Sanchez.
Per news article published online, the drivr made an abrupt turn in the area near Antelope Creek Drive. As the result, the vehicle veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The catastrophic incident took place in the 22533 of River View Drive.
When emergency teams arrived at the site, they found Scott Joyce with injuries. Due to the extent of her trauma, an ambulance rushed the patient to Mercy Medical hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, officials sadly pronounced Jovana Sanchez dead at the scene.
The precise cause of the deadly car crash in Cottonwood remained unclear. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine whether alcohol played a role in the fatal collision.
