Pacific Coast Highway Seal Beach Pedestrian Accident
Most drivers understand that a pedestrian has the right-of-way when crossing the roadway, even if they are outside of a marked intersection or crosswalk. Pedestrians are more vulnerable to injuries or even death on our busy roadways. While a pedestrian must also be careful and not jaywalk, a driver can be held accountable if they are injured in a collision.
A person who is injured in a crash due to a negligent motorist and requires medical attention should seek out professional legal help to ensure they are fairly compensated for the financial losses.
To achieve the maximum settlement, it’s advisable that steps are taken immediately to protect your legal rights.
