Motorcycle Rider Suffers Minor Injuries in Crash with Pickup Truck
ORANGE, Calif. (July 19, 2024) — Sean Florin, 17, was injured in a motorcycle accident Friday on the eastbound 22 Freeway, just west of the City Drive in Orange.
The two-vehicle collision occurred on the Garden Grove Freeway at around 7:12 a.m. on July 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The teenager was riding a red and white 2011 Honda CBR 600 motorcycle when the bike and a silver Ford F-150 pickup truck collided due to unknown circumstances.
The vehicles collided in the HOV and number one lanes of State Route 22 and the bike went down in the fast lane.
Paramedics responded and transported Sean Florin to UCI for treatment of minor injuries from the crash.
Investigators will determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the 22 Freeway in Orange.
