Motorcyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run on Fairfax Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2022) – Sean Parker-Robinson, 22, of Los Angeles, died in a hit-and-run crash while riding a motorcycle on Fairfax Avenue near the Santa Monica (10) Freeway entrance.
The deadly crash occurred about 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 25th, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
A driver in a black, 4-door sedan was heading north on Fairfax Avenue and attempting to make a left-hand turn onto the westbound I-10 Freeway, according to MyNewsLA. Meanwhile, Sean Parker-Robinson was riding a 2023 Kawasaki ZX-6R motorcycle traveling southbound collided with the car in the No. 2 lane, police said.
The driver turned left in front of the motorcyclist and the two vehicles collided. Sadly, Sean Parker-Robinson suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
The motorist took after the collision off without stopping to help the motorcycle rider.
Now authorities are hoping any witnesses will come forward.
Additionally, there is a standing reward of up to $50,000 available to anyone who can provide information that helps solve a fatal hit-and-run in city of Los Angeles.
