SELMA, Calif. (Jan. 17, 2023) — A semi-truck and vehicle were in a head-on crash on State Route Highway 43 at Highland Avenue in Selma.
The two-vehicle crash occurred about 2:04 p.m. on Jan. 17th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a semi-truck hit a power pole after colliding with another vehicle due to unknown circumstances.
The power lines went down on top of the big rig truck and there was a lot of debris scattered in the roadway.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person injured in the crash.
Meanwhile, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Selma crash on Highway 43.
