Man, 84, Hospitalized After Crash at Whitson Street and Floral Avenue
Selma, CA (November 25, 2022) – An 84-year-old male suffered injuries following a pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of Whitson Street and Floral Avenue.
Vehicle Hits Elderly Man in Selma
According to Your Central Valley News, a vehicle struck an individual at the intersection in Selma Friday evening. Earlier reports indicated the collision took place at about 5 p.m.
Rescue teams responded to the crash site and found the pedestrian lying in the middle of the roadway. Medical personnel immediately rendered aid to the victim. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the man sustained serious injuries as a result of the incident. Officials only identified the victim as an 84-year-old male.
Meanwhile, the driver involved in the crash stayed in the area and cooperated with the investigation process. Detectives handling the case continue to work to determine liability in the pedestrian accident that happened at Whitson Street and Floral Avenue in Selma.
