Sacramento Hit-and-Run on Striker Avenue
SACRAMENTO (April 20, 2018)– According to the California Highway Patrol, a hit-and-run collision involving a big rig was reported Friday morning at 7:52 a.m. on Striker Avenue.
California Highway Patrol officials responded to the crash site where a semi-truck had overturned as well as a black 4-door sedan that also rolled over.

A third vehicle was apparently involved, however, there was no information provided on the vehicle itself.
It remains unclear which vehicle the hit-and-run motorist was driving which resulted in injuries to at least two people, per the California Highway Patrol.
The two injured motorists were confirmed to have been taken to local area hospitals for moderate to serious injuries, said the dispatch log.
At this time, the exact series of events that took place leading up to the crash remain unclear while CHP continued their investigation as of 9:30 a.m.
