WOODLAND, Calif. (Jan. 18, 2024) — A semi-truck and white pickup were involved in a fatal Woodland crash on Thursday morning at County Road 27 and County Road 94.
The head-on collision occurred about 10:48 a.m. on Jan. 18th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Paramedics responded to help those hurt in the crash and one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least one of the damaged vehicles from the freeway and cleared debris blocking traffic lanes
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the fatal crash on County Road 27 in Woodland.
