Orange County Accident Investigation
Police are investigating this collision as a hit-and-run crash and are hoping the public can help them find the suspect.
The death of a loved one or a serious injury such as this one is devastating on a family, but compounding their pain and suffering is the cost of medical care, lost wages and other financial losses. It can be even more upsetting to attempt to negotiate a fair settlement with the insurance companies who don’t typically pay up fair compensation without a fight. The family of a victim killed in a collision with a negligent driver may file a wrongful death claim to recover such losses.
