Seth Prat, 35, ID’d as Suspect in San Francisco DUI Crash at Richardson and Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (October 5, 2021) – Authorities detained Seth Pratt after a DUI crash killed a motorcyclist in San Francisco.
Police determined that the 35-year-old San Francisco man was under the influence when the fatal wreck occurred on Monday night.
The incident began when Seth Pratt was driving an SUV in the Marina District of San Francisco. He then struck a 40-year-old man riding the motorcycle rider in the area.
Motorcyclist Hit and Killed by Car
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene, just south of the Palace of Fine Arts. They found the victim lying on the road with serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel rushed him to a hospital, where he died. The name of the deceased person has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, police soon arrested Seth Pratt on charges of vehicular manslaughter and DUI. The San Francisco DUI crash is still under investigation.
