SHAFTER, Calif. (June 1, 2018) — Four people suffered minor to major injuries Friday afternoon in a collision at Beech and Madera avenues, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The collision took place about 1:21 p.m. this afternoon. It appears to be a solo collision with one person trapped in the vehicle with major injuries. Three others suffered minor injuries in the collision. At least one person was taken to a hospital for treatment, but the report gave no further details.
Shafter Accident Investigation
Police are investigating this collision to determine the cause and liability. At this point, we do not know if the driver of this vehicle is responsible or if a dangerous road condition or other vehicle is at fault.
