Wildomar Man Killed in Thermal Motorcycle Crash Airport Boulevard
THERMAL, Calif. (Jan. 26, 2021) — Shane James, 26, of Wildomar, died in a motorcycle collision Sunday with a forklift in Thermal.
Shane James suffered major injuries in the crash. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at 6:40 p.m., according to the Desert Sun.
Additionally, the collision happened about 6 p.m. in the 85-500 block of Airport Boulevard, according to the Riverside County Coroner’s office.
James was riding a dirt bike when for unknown reasons he collided with a forklift, according to fire officials.
Meanwhile, the forklift driver did not report any injuries and cooperated with the investigation. It’s unknown what led up to the crash, but the exact cause of the collision is under investigation.
