Sherman Oaks crash 405 Freeway Sepulveda
4 Injured in Sherman Oaks Crash on 405 Freeway Near Sepulveda Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 2, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash on the 405 Freeway near Sepulveda Boulevard in Sherman Oaks.
According to the CBS Los Angeles and My News LA, the accident took place on Monday morning. Officers reported the wreck at around 6:40 a.m.
The California Highway Patrol about five vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles. They crashed on the northbound 405 Freeway near Sepulveda Boulevard.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
One of the cars involved, a white pickup truck, rolled over due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They treated at least four people who sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the incident. Medical personnel took one patient to a hospital for further aid.
The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, the cause of the Sherman Oaks crash is still under investigation.
CHP forced the northbound lanes of the 405 Freeway to shut down for hours near Sepulveda following the wreck.
