6 Injured in Sherman Oaks Multi-Car Accident on Greenleaf Street
LOS ANGELES (November 7, 2018) – Several were injured after a traffic collision along Greenleaf Street near the 405 Freeway on Wednesday afternoon, according to ABC 7 News and LAFD.
The accident took place around 5 p.m. at 15275 West Greenleaf Street in Sherman Oaks neighborhood.
As per the reports, Los Angeles Fire Department said for an unknown reason four vehicles collided on Greenleaf Street. One of the cars involved was described as a van.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated three people who were found pinned inside the wreckage following the crash.
Car Accident Near Greenleaf Street and 405 Freeway
A total of six people were hurt as a result of the wreck. Three of the victims were taken to the hospital for treatment, while the other three refused to be transported.
Two of the three parties who declined to be hospitalized reportedly sustained injuries considered as non-life-threatening. The names and condition of all those involved were not immediately known.
Meanwhile, authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
