At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Near Highway 101 Thursday
Sherman Oaks, CA (November 26, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred on Interstate 405 on November 25, Thursday.
Initial records indicated a white Genesis collided with another vehicle in the southbound side of I-405 Freeway. The accident took place near Highway 101 in Sherman Oaks.

Shortly after 3:51 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the site. First responders found the white Genesis disabled near the center divider of the freeway. Meanwhile, the other driver involved in the mishap fled the scene.
Responding medical personnel reportedly found at least one person with injuries. Paramedics rendered aid to the victim. At this time, it remained unclear whether the patient was released at the scene, or transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
Several factors surrounding the incident remained unclear. Given that, detectives stayed at the location the whole afternoon to investigate additional details on the collision.
Detectives continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the hit-and-run crash on Interstate 405 in Sherman Oaks.
