Motorcyclist Injured in Crash on Ventura Freeway
SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. (Sept. 13, 2023) — A Sherman Oaks motorcycle accident happened on the westbound Ventura 101 Freeway, just west of the transition to the southbound 405 Freeway.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 13th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver in a black Infiniti sedan collided with a motorcyclist due to unknown circumstances in the No. 2 lane of the 101 Freeway.
The rider went down in traffic lanes, but managed to stand up.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to help the injured motorcyclist, but there were no further details.
Meanwhile, investigators are working to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the 101 Freeway.
