Woman Fatally Struck by Vehicle on Indian Canyon Drive
Desert Hot Springs, CA (October 15, 2022) – Sierra Frost, a 24-year-old woman, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred on Indian Canyon Drive.
The KESQ News reported a green Chrysler struck a female party near Mission Lakes Boulevard in Desert Hot Springs. Our sources indicated the horrible crash took place Saturday at approximately 4 a.m.
Preliminary investigation revealed the driver of the Chrysler saw the pedestrian in the middle of the roadway. The motorist reportedly swerved and attempted to avoid the woman, but the vehicle still hit the pedestrian.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Desert Hot Springs
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the female party suffering in serious injuries. Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but she sadly succumbed to her trauma and passed away at the scene. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department later identified the deceased as Sierra Frost, of Desert Hot Springs.
Authorities mentioned the driver pulled over after the collision. The motorist stayed in the area and cooperated with the investigation process.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the deadly accident that happened on Indian Canyon Drive in Desert Hot Springs.
